Andrew and I met Sidney at a park in Encino, CA on a bright breezy Wednesday afternoon. With her adoring smile that can melt your sorrows away, long curvy eye-lashes that every girl longs for and her gorgeous natural curly hair, reminded me of a contemporary Shirley Temple. She wants to be in commercials. In fact, her mom Sandra says Sidney can do the Welch’s grape juice commercial to a T. I think Welch’s is ready for Sidney!!
Sandra is very protective of Sidney as any mother should be of their own child. That with the help of John Walsh’s “Stranger Danger” video, Sidney knows exactly how to handle a scary situation by screaming, “Dis not my mom, Dis not my dad!” Watching her demonstrate this was so cute but made us relieved that she was prepared for anyone or anything that could harm her.
As the sun started to go down, Sidney asked for her 3rd piece of candy and we all realized that we had been talking for hours. Time does fly by when you have the connection we had, good times.
